Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer
4 Introduction
LDZM type (Vacuum pulsing dry with inner circulation (equipped with a printer)) Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer (hereinafter referred to as the sterilizer) adopts the pressure saturated steam for medical institutions, etc. to make disinfection for medical apparatus and instruments with pressure resistance and high temperature and steam resistance, etc.
The sterilizer is manufactured according to the relevant regulations of GB 4793.1-2007 the Safety Requirements of Measuring, Controlling and Laboratory Electrical Equipments, Part 1: general requirements, GB 4793.4-2001 the Special Requirements of Measuring, Controlling and Laboratory Electrical Steam Pressure Gauges Handling Medical Materials, YY1007-2005 Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer and TSGR0004-2009 Safe Technology and Inspection Procedures of Fixed Pressure Vessel, etc.. The manufacturing process of the sterilizer is in line with the requirements of the Sanitation Licensing Provisions of Disinfection Product Manufacturing Enterprise.
The sterilizer is in line with the product registration standard: YZB/Shanghai 2143-57-2008 Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer
Technical Parameters
1: The power supply and voltage of the sterilizer is AC 220 V ± 22 V, 50 Hz. The power is 3.5 kW (30 liters power 3.0 kW).

3: The working pressure of the sterilizer is 0.217 Mpa.
4: The displaying way: LCD 128 mm x 64 mm with both Chinese and English liquid crystal display (the viewing area is 62 mm × 44 mm).
5: The select range of sterilization temperature: 105 ~ 134 °C with five kinds to choose (105 °C, 115 °C, 121 °C, 126 °C and 134 °C).
6: The setting range of sterilization temperature: 0~1 hour (If needing 1-99 hours’ sterilization, we need to customize it).
7: The sterilizer is equipped with leakage protection switch (circuit breaker) with the specifications of TLYBL 63.32 A which can quickly cut off overrun current aroused from the faults (Some sterilizers are equipped with fuse protectors whose fuse current is 25A).
