I Introduction
This equipment applies to colleges, petrochemical industries, medicine, and environment protection institutions for liquid heating. It adopts heat resisting alkali-free glass fiber as insulating material, and seals nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire inside insulating layer, then weaves the sealed resistance wire into hemispherical internal heated heater. This kind of heater has advantages of large heating area, quick heating-up, no flame, high heating evenness, light weight, energy saving, safety and less destructiveness on glass apparatus. In addition, this equipment has function of magnetic stirring, which makes the liquid is heated equably under the action of stirring. This is the ideal heating equipment for labs and chemical institutions.
II Characteristics
It introduces advanced Electronic SCR temperature and speed regulation mode to reach quick and convenient control of heating power and heating speed.
III Operation instruction
Switch on the power, and then adjust the heating and stirring knob; turn the knob clockwise, heating power and number of revolutions will be increased simultaneously, vice verse.

V Attentions
Surface of the glass fiber is sprayed with a layer of grease, so if this equipment is used for the first time, don’t put the flask in directly; adjust the heating knob to heat up gradually, and turn off the power until it produces white smoke; after the smoke is faded, switch on the power again, do it repeatedly until there is no white smoke anymore, and then the equipment can be used normally.
Note: This equipment must be grounded while in use, keep it in dry place and prevent from damping. Don’t touch it if there is electricity leakage, let it warming up slowly, after drying, the insulating property will be recovered.
